Calculators: We do not store what you enter in the calculators – the figures are only used to calculate the answer. They are part of the page address so you can share the result with a link, and they are therefore sent to the server when the page is loaded. As on other websites, the hosting provider may record addresses in its technical logs.
AI assistant: When you write to the AI assistant, your message and any figures you choose to share are sent to our server and on to the Lovable AI Gateway and the AI model that produces the answer. We do not store the conversation. Do not enter your CPR number, account numbers, names or anything else that can identify you. The assistant is limited to 30 requests per user per day and 300 overall per day. To prevent abuse, we count requests per day using a hashed value of your IP address that changes daily and is deleted after 2 days. The legal basis for this counting is our legitimate interest in providing the service and protecting it against abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Transfers outside the EU: The AI model is provided by OpenAI via Lovable AI Gateway. We do not know in which country your messages are processed, and they may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EU/EEA, such as the USA. That is why you must accept this with a tick before you can use the assistant. If you do not use the AI assistant, nothing is sent to OpenAI – the calculators work without it. Your ticks are remembered only in your browser's session storage and are not sent to us as separate choices. A new browser session requires new ticks.
Hosting and data: The site is hosted by Lovable. Danmarks Nationalbank's rates are stored in a database at Lovable Cloud, located in the EU (Ireland). The same applies to our source monitor's checks of the institutions' price lists and the ai_graense table, which counts AI assistant requests using hashed IP values that change daily and are deleted after 2 days. The IP address itself and the conversations are not stored.
Cookies and statistics: The site loads Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how the site is used. Measurement and marketing storage (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are disabled via Google Consent Mode until you accept in the consent banner. The banner is only shown in countries where consent is required (EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland). Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage – not in a cookie – and you can change it at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. If you decline, GTM still loads but without storing or reading statistics or marketing data. Your language choice is only kept in the address (?lang=en).
Your rights: You can access, correct or delete information about you by writing to digitaleannoncer@gmail.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
