realkredit.ai brings prices, rules and calculators for Danish mortgage loans together in one place. The aim is to help you understand your loan and your options before you talk to the bank – and to ask sharper questions when you do.

The site is an independent project by Benjamin Jochum. We do not broker loans, take no payment from institutions or banks, and list the institutions in alphabetical order.

If you find an error in a rate or a calculation, write to digitaleannoncer@gmail.com – we will correct it and update the date.
